I the abovementioned accept financial responsibility for any damage that I am the cause of and I therefore undertake to replace or pay such damage or loss. Moreover, I hereby indemnify the owner of such premises against any claim by myself and my family in respect of bodily harm. Death, injury, trauma, and the like, which could take place during my stay. I will ensure that all my occupants of the premises will behave in a manner so as not to create a disturbance during my occupancy thereof.

All Guests must please make sure that all personal goods are removed from the units on departure. If personal goods are left behind costs will be involved if goods need to be sent by courier / postnet.
